It does not open. It just keeps spinning. (Yes, it's been updated) I regret signing up. And now I'm just being spammed by their emails about how I've already "taken the hardest step" Multiple urgency creating emails daily with each email unintentionally reminding me the app wont open. I wanted to use the app cause apps are more secure than websites I think. I'm gonna have to figure out how to delete my account at this rate cause it has my card details and due to all the annoying emails. 0 ⭐

Some frustrating things are the Watchlist sometimes not updating with selected equities. Also, unable to immediately use new funds for crypto, so you will wait for days to buy crypto, after depositing money. That's if you are able to access your crypto account in the first place since the platform is buggy AF!

I invested with them and needed to change my registered phone number last week Thursday. After struggling just to raise a support ticket, I finally received an email from them on Friday asking for my details, which I immediately provided. Since then – absolute silence. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing! My money is now stuck in their system because I cannot withdraw without them changing my number. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring me.
