Terrible app, many times I get the error: "Sorry, we couldn't get the data. Try again later"

In the last upgrade I can log in neither in the app nor in the PC. The evabot can't help either. The solutions are uninstall and reinstall the app. Or just wait a couple of hours. It has been 2 weeks of constant trouble shooting. And no I can't even create other account, because the site and app block any registration attempts. I have no warnings nor tickets for misuses of the site.

The first impression was bad but I had hope that the app would at least show me my balance, now after using it for one day I found that it's actually trash, I can't even log in with my Facebook account, a message pop out saying that there's a connection error while the device is connected to my wifi. I'm going to uninstall it. You failed, guys, but don't give up.
