well, it insists that I rate it in order to look at the manual, and I do not have the program installed completely yet. However, I would say that this is one of those heavy-handed types of applications which 1insist that you perform certain functions ( like load all of the permissions available so that someone can snoop around your stuff), and otherwise displays characteristics that are not healthy these days. But I am old, cynical, and slightly demented: Follow your heart!

why the higher rating you ask? because they force you to rate before you can even use it. And by 'it' I mean a totally spam laden dysfunctional app masquerading as genuine. I wish people would have pride in what they do. You won't find any here. Just an apo most likely not to work, once you get through after a kaleidoscope of spam advertisements. MUCH BETTER OPTION IS THE SMART ENDOSCOPE APP. You can thank me later.

Delivers full screen video ads during setup- the plague of bad development. Nasty.
