The app is ok, but Eurowings is a theif. When I booked my ticket I specifically did not choose checked luggage. I verified it was set to 0. The price shown was without it. Then my card was charged for it and they wouldn't remove it, or change the cost to pay for my carry-on bag. I needed the app to add the carry-on bag, and had to pay MORE to add it, and I have a checked bag allowance I won't use. The flight ticket wasn't that cheap either.

Inputs are hidden when the keyboard appears, and some fields like email and phone are marked mandatory for young children, but actually don't need an entry to work - so super confusing and frustrating to use.

customer service in Hamburg was rude when I was questioning extra luggage the hand luggage was a small carry on bag of 4 kg my agent booked the flight for a ticket day stay so I explained I had no idea it was a very disgruntled customer person telling me should do the check in on line which was impossible due to the agent putting my first name as my last name this made it impossible to log on but that could have been detected by the service desk ??? also ridiculous to have to pay for my seat ?
