very bad withdrawal verification. When I receive the OTP code and enter it, the code input option disappears within one second and shows a “try again” message with a cross sign. Because of this, I am unable to complete the verification process. I am also not receiving push notifications from the app. Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible. i talk with agent they cant help 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I have not placed the order but it executed one large lot sized order by some error in exness portal. After checking the order details, I attempted to place a new order and observed that the application displayed the lot size as **0.01**, which is the size I usually use. This eliminates the possibility that such a large order could have been placed by error. I have checked the screen time of my exness global and MT5, which is zero minutes in that the hour in which the trade executed.

Servers are slow. which means in time of volatile market when you are trading in correct direction, their server lags and freezes for few minutes (which happened in my case and lost +4RR to nothing). They shushed me by saying that it is normal and happens in volatile market in response of a dispute that i put in. Their mistake that their server freezes and not ours.
