My issue is that when I try to close all trades in Exness using “Close All Trades,” it shows “0 trades closed.” I’ve tried turning it on and off, cleared the data as well, but the problem is still the same.

I experienced a serious issue on Exness where the chart showed wrong candles and fake gaps totally opposite to TradingView (same pair and timeframe). Because of this feed error, my valid trade hit SL while TradingView hit TP. After that, Exness corrected the chart with a big green candle — confirming it was their technical fault. I reported it immediately with screenshots, but still haven’t received any refund or explanation. This kind of issue destroys trader trust. Please fix your server feed

in simple, when my sl is hit sometimes they charge double or if not then more than my set price for it, but when it comes to tp they just gave me same as set, the price doesn't slippage there nor there's order queue, I've emailed them many times, same response price slippage or orders, if it's the case then it goes both ways, tp also be in it, they are only targeting extra on sl, it's literally disgusting... now every sl is above the set price... 😤
