This app is the only app available and leaves a LOT to be desired. 1. There are a ton of pop ups at the bottom of the page when viewing and responding to messages. 2. The "reminder" feature is extremely annoying and cannot be shut off. 3. I rely on pics and videos from my clients as a lot of our communication is virtual. The pics and videos cannot be enlarged or saved to be viewed on the phone. 4. The messages you have and have not responded to are too similar.

I've been using this app (both the mobile app and on my laptop,) and it's awful. It constantly fails to post my photos, without any reason why. The main reason why this would be a great option is because I can do all my posting from one location across both Facebook and Instagram, but that's not what it does. It also has certain features that are either only accessible from the mobile app or the desktop, but not both. Honestly, it makes posting even harder. DELETE.

With each update, a new bug. The Facebook business page and Instagram business account are absolutely connected. But as of Friday June 21, 2024, the automated away message does not work for the Instagram business account. I've tested it. The away message does work for the Facebook business page / Messenger. Meta, you need to address this isuue as well as others other users are reporting.
