The app was okay, but the customer service is horrible. I cancelled my subscription, but somehow I got billed again. Asked for a refund and was promised they would do that. That was July 9th and we are now at October 11th, still no refund. Reached out over a dozen times and they say it is in the billing department. Now, to further insult me, they charged me again for a full year subscription on October 9th. What is so hard about this. Total incompetence at the highest levels.

Terrible customer service. Downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial. The same day I realized that the app didn't have exactly what I was needing so I cancelled and deleted the app. Days later I was charged the full amount for the year subscription. They are responding to my emails telling me that they are refunding me but it's been plenty of time to receive it and I have not. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

Where to start! The app never works like it should, continuously crashed and needed resetting. Then I canceled before it was time to renew, last year in 2023. Received an email saying it was canceled yet I was was still charged and renewed. I have been fighting for a year to get a refund. Only, last week receive an email saying it would be renewed again. So I start emailing, because there is NO OTHER WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE! The response is they will get back with me in 24-48 hrs. Everyday
