Totally useless app. I booked a ride on 15.05.2025 from sivagangai to Madurai. They gave booking ID too. They informed me that they would give me the details of the vehicle and the driver, 45 minutes ahead. But, they failed to send any cab and there was no facility to contact them. Better, they scrap their app. The few other 5 star reviews might have originated from the hands of their employees. This app doesn't deserve even a single star.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with your service. During my first ride, the estimated fare was ₹217, and after applying the first-ride discount, the final fare should have been ₹167. However, the driver argued and insisted on charging ₹270, which I was forced to pay. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a result, I have decided to uninstall the app and, regrettably, will not be recommending it to others.

Very worst experience, map is not accurate, driver not on time, despite advance booking, no proper response from customer care. Other service providers are much better compared to Fast Track Cabs. Reputation of Fast Track in the past is completely gone. No option to give zero star rating, so given one star.
