This app is for members of a workplace plan administered by Fidelity International. You can log in using your existing Fidelity PlanViewer log in details, or register using your Fidelity Reference number via this app or online at planviewer.fidelity.co.uk.

I have found this app to be impossible to log into. I enter my login email, no problem. It then requires me to enter my password, no problem. It then sends a six digit security code to my email. I go to my email to get the code but as soon as I go back to the Fidelity app it refreshes the page, thus requested another security code and making the previous one unrecognisable. This then turns into an endless loop. App not fit for purpose.

It app was really good - while it worked. It recently won't move past the opening logo screen. When I contacted support, they told me to update my phone software and that would fix it. My phone isn't that old but I did make sure my software was up to date, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app several times and still no go. So, I would recommend the app if you can actually get it working.

Fidelity would be best off deleting this app and starting again from scratch. Both the app and website are full of useless information yet fail to provide the most basic things. For example, it's impossible to track performance over time. It's impossible to download statements as there are error messages. Surely there was no user testing before this was released.
