About this app

Findroid is a third-party Android application for Jellyfin that provides a native user interface to browse and play movies and series.

To use this app you must have a Jellyfin server.

You can also download movies and TV shows for offline playback while on the road.
And with the built-in mpv player you are sure that all media formats will play correctly including styled SSA/ASS subtitles.

Nice App! I LOVE that it gives me one feature that the official app (and Plex) won't give me (for free) - downloads!! I use it all the time. The only thing it doesn't do is stream audiobooks which the official app can do. What is odd is I have a collection in the books section that is all .mp3 files, which my device can play. A small price to pay to allow downloads. Look forward to future features :)

it would be incredibly good if there was support for music and good e-book support (it's hard to find a decent e-book reader app, and with the self-host approach it would be a completely new level of quality) I give it 4 stars, but if eBooks and music appear it will definitely be 5. Great app

I like the feel of this app better than the official app. If this app managed downloads more it would be a killer feature. Add a "Next X Unplayed" episodes option and have the app manage the downloads and cleanup on its own. As someone who travels all the time for work, this is the one Plex feature I miss on Jellyfin.
