using the app as a remote control has issues. Choose the remote icon, choose which set top box I want to control, and it sits and spins. Cancel and select again, and it usually "takes" the second time and takes me to the remote screen. Sometimes it doesn't work the 2nd time but it always works the 3rd. The remote itself works great. But I'd you leave the app for another and come back the remote is non-functional and you have to go through the entire login-to-remote process again.

They have reverted back to some bad habits with this app. For one, making you login every time you open the app. #2, not providing the option of trusting your device, and 3, no biometric login. Plus limited channels away from home. Lastly, why can't you watch your recorded shows on your DVR away from home? In addition to that, they will not save your username on the login. Good luck trying to hurry and catch a show quickly.

If I could give the app 0 stars, I would. Had no problems up until now. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app, only to keep getting the same error message when I try to log in. There should be ZERO issues, given how expensive cable/internet is with you guys! Very disappointing! Once I saw that the bill had gone up yet again, I thought about going elsewhere. This just validates it!
