Can't even get into Apps to book tickets. Keeps stating it's an apps problem. Problems just came up a week ago. Have been using this same Apps all the while way back. Had to go to airport to book the flights. Staff was very helpful assisted in setting it right. Came back & same issue came back in. Can't check my bookings.

keeps hanging, unable to load, unable to update passengers, return flight list went blank

Online check-ins are ALWAYS unavailable. Despite stating check in starts from 7 days earlier till 1 hour before flight, they're never opened!! Browser? no. Mobile app? no too! what for? I had to schedule & rush to airport at 3am = =
