Many apps and even some system services connect quietly in the background to analytics, ad networks, telemetry endpoints, or unknown hosts. Firewall Security AI makes this transparent: each connection attempt is logged with the app name, host/domain, IP address, country, protocol and timestamp. ANDROID VPN SERVICE
This anti spy firewall app uses the Android VPN Service to route traffic to itself so that it can be filtered on-device instead of on a server.
Important: this is not a location-changing VPN. Android VPN is used as a technical interface for local traffic filtering. Android typically allows only one VPN at a time - switch if you use another VPN app.

Great app, been using it along time but only once in a while I have difficulty with getting it to connect to my phone because it seems, even though I have connections on automatic, when I put on dns, it says can't connect to dns service a lot of times and idk why? can you help?

It is working great I love it especially with the smart home app from Att I can eliminate the IP addresses that have been using our home Internet, running our data out in two weeks leaving us with nothing, considering that we only had one TV hooked up the entire time!!! And we just got upgraded to the high speed Internet also which is a bummer 😞 I unfortunately have a good hacker that keeps adjusting the settings on my phone and apps like no other.

I think this is not an AI-powered firewall app; it's just a basic firewall features app. I know many filters are locked behind a paywall, but if you check out NetGuard Firewall, it has so many features unlocked, including some important ones. For example, if I install ProtectStar Firewall and accidentally visit a malicious website, and a hidden app is installed through that site, there is no automatic blocking protection in ProtectStar Firewall.
