It is a shame to first bank, for introduce an app that's not working to their customers. At list first bank should have verified the app before making it available to their customers. I had a very bad experience when trying to use the app. The app requested for my card number and pin of which I provided, but it's sending me error massage anytime I tried. Up still now Have not been able to do reasonable transactions with my account.

I'm trying to register my token app, I enter my card details and everything. Receive the otp, but I can't use it because the app says "error processing data" and it takes me back to the card details screen. Please fix this. It's been going on for almost a week now.

I was directed here to download the app by the customer service personnel. I have not been able to go past the data protection page since I downloaded it. It keeps stopping and going off. It appears that a lot has to be done to rectify the problems of the app based on all these reviews I have read here. First bank can do better really!!!
