App is good but the only problems are there are no frequent questions displaying when u tap on frequent questions and also the profile picture uploaded isn't showing at the homepage just the initial of your first name but if you click on the profile it will display the photo for u. please make a way for the picture to appear on the profile at the homepage instead of initial.

Unable to upgrade to tier 2. I cannot remember how many times I have been asked to input my NIN for upgrade to tier 2 which I complied and I always get the information that they will contact me in two working days.

I had an issue with a failed transaction and despite it taking weeks to resolve, I finally got the reversal. Their support was really helpful via email correspondence. I appreciate the team for their assistance

Minimum SDK Update
The app now requires a higher minimum Android SDK version 8.0 and above to ensure compatibility with the latest security and performance standards. This change improves stability and enables support for newer Android features.
