This new update is trash,I can't seem to receive any alert and my balance is the same even though I've been crediting the account,please look into this,until then my review stays the same.

My client did a transfer and I haven't seen it in 2 days, my client showed receipt and yet no money has entered my account for the past 2 days, I did a transfer to someone and it failed and my money have not been reversed....what's going on

Slow to open.. To upgrade to tier 2 only shows one for of identification which is national identity card. No option of drivers license or international passport. Slow to open and sometimes doesn't open at all. Has kept me stranded too many times.
