Ratings and reviews

The app is nice but the problem is I send transfers and most of the time the receiver doesn't get the money. I sent an amount of money about two months ago and it's delayed till now. It also miss behaves sometimes. Like it wouldn't open up, I felt that it was bcuz I didn't update but it isn't. This should be checked and the complaints section on the app doesn't seem to work at all

This app is really frustrating honestly, whenever I try to log in to my account all I see is"USER LOCKED '' CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.i've gone to first bank customer care about three occasions to lay complain,they told me to drop details that they will contact the appropriate authority to fix it and that I will receive a message but up till now I've not gotten any.something should be done about it bcs I desperately need the money there to fix a pressing need right now

App is good but the only problems are there are no frequent questions displaying when u tap on frequent questions and also the profile picture uploaded isn't showing at the homepage just the initial of your first name but if you click on the profile it will display the photo for u. please make a way for the picture to appear on the profile at the homepage instead of initial.
