The app is nice but the problem is I send transfers and most of the time the receiver doesn't get the money. I sent an amount of money about two months ago and it's delayed till now. It also miss behaves sometimes. Like it wouldn't open up, I felt that it was bcuz I didn't update but it isn't. This should be checked and the complaints section on the app doesn't seem to work at all

It's been a good experience, but I recently sent money to my other bank account twice and up till now I have not gotten an alert, both a debit and a credit. I have checked the history of the transaction of Firstmonie wallet and it shows both transactions as debit. This happened after I was told to upgrade. Please I will appreciate if this issue is rectified as soon as possible.

I cant say this is a banking app, I'll rather call it a piggy app. Each time you need your money, the service will be unavailable especially early in the morning or during a quick emergency...
