frustrating! for the past 2days now I have been trying to do the verification but can't get past the OTP verification and token pin, it keeps sending me error messages. meanwhile, this app was referred to me by my account officer when I called to tell her what I'm facing with the app she said it may be network issue. till now, it's still the same issue, I had to uninstall the app.

This is a very honest review. For the past two years, I am unable to register completely on this app...it takes eternity to deliver OTP. I am still waiting for OTP. Bank staff too cannot help matter. As it stands, I can't do transfer beyond 1M because no TOKEN. In fact, I am considering porting to a more serious bank. First Bank wake up pls. (zero star rating).

It is a shame to first bank, for introduce an app that's not working to their customers. At list first bank should have verified the app before making it available to their customers. I had a very bad experience when trying to use the app. The app requested for my card number and pin of which I provided, but it's sending me error massage anytime I tried. Up still now Have not been able to do reasonable transactions with my account.
