this app is pretty trash. first progress rarely keeps up with the credit reports... my agencies are showing no usage at all for the month of March/April. can't build credit with a company that doesn't stay up to date on reporting it. the transactions usually won't post for at least three days, makes it difficult to view in real time where your money is. same with making payments... will take 3 days from the date paid to withdrawal funds, then additional 10 days of processing.

I had two secured cards with First Progress that I've chosen to close today. The website doesn't updates payments properly. Also the website I used previously now says that it's unsecured. When I do log into it, it's an error screen. Downloaded the app, however each time I try to open it, it closes out immediately. I have 11 other secured and unsecured credit cards, and this company is by far, the worse. Trying to build credit honestly should not be difficult.

I've had this credit card for just over a year now, & so far I've been very pleased w/ it. It did take a few weeks to receive, & I was hit with that initial $49 payment before getting my card. However, since I've stayed on top of my finances, not once been late, & have not once accrued interest. In the past year, along w/ other changes, I've seen my credit increase around 100 points. I've set it up for auto pay for a few things, & banking thru Wells Fargo, have no issue making payments
