The app does not let me sign in. When I hit the link to reset my password, It will not let me reset it, it keeps saying invalid username or password.

No problem with the card at all! Love it! This App Though!!!! since the last update I can't log in! Biometrics keep saying invalid user name and password. If I enter my user name and password it says its invalid.......if I enter my card number, social # , DOB and all that to get in , change my password and all the things.......I can finally get in. But , I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! FIX IT!!! Then I will change my review!

OMG-trying to pay a bill should not be this hard . I downloaded the app,can't pay there , can't pay online because it keeps sending me to a different card . How are we supposed to manage this darn card?Phone call is not helpful,this is ridiculous,I guess my balance can go into collections then maybe I can actually make a payment. In addition,the phone call is not helpful at all
