The app is junk, I can't make payments without it logging me out and canceling my payments and when I noticed a 100$ charge on the card that I haven't even touched in months I called to inform them it was a fraud charge and was basically told unless I could get ahold of the person who made the charge there was nothing they cold do. Now since the update it won't let me make payments. I'm so sick of this as soon as I pay off the remaining balance it will be cancelled.

Update: I contacted the customer service and was told to hang in there eventually the card will show up. If you're reading this just wait to open an account. Their screwing with our money!! I'm utterly confused as to why it's taking 2 months to receive my card. I managed to pay my yearly fee even though I didn't have to.it would be nice to just have a simple explanation. Did you fail to pay your supplier? Do you not have one right now? We are all confused why you can't send out cards!!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. I'm experience the multiple log in after I've set it up. Also having issues with trying to make payments also. I thought that if I went to their website it would be easier to setup payments, but I was wrong the only thing that's on their website is to apply for their credit card. They need to get it together.
