06/25 still great app. very responsive customer service via the app. still a happy customer 😊 Fitbark is great for my labrador and great for me. I can track 'our' activities as well as just his activities. I can see how much he's sleeping, how much play and exercise. It gives me peace of mind. Being in UK means it doesn't gps track and I'm OK with that as he's pretty good when off lead, and can't get out of my garden unsupervised. All in all a fantastic device.

The device is great, the app is terrible. The refresh icon might be a button that usually doesn't work, or it might just be an icon that randomly turns, who knows. You frequently have to force kill the app to get a refresh. You can see step counts in 2 parts of the app, one shows 0 some days, while the other shows actual steps, they are not always in sync. The more advanced features are not easy to navigate. The whole experience is just a buggy mess. So much wasted potential.

Developer please fix - when the app works and syncs it's great, and the metrics are really insightful, but the FitBark does not sync in the background, manual sync using the button in the app is hit and miss, and usually I have to force close and restart the app. I've double-checked all android settings (app is allowed to run in background unrestricted, no battery optimisation or network restriction etc.) and all are fine, the app sync is unfortunately just buggy and not fit for purpose.
