Update from 0 stars to 4 stars: can create my own programs and upload to treadmill. Music and sound can be turned off. Intuitive interface. Good update, I like it! Withholding fifth star for now while I evaluate and see how stable/consistent it is, but looking good. Update: adding the 5th star. The app has been working reliably and has been and still is quite valuable in planning and executing my workouts. Top marks!

Are all these reviews fake? I can't even sign up! Error after error. Tried to do it via the QR code on the side of the walking pad, it won't load. Tried to go straight to the website, it won't load. Downloaded the app and tried to sign up, it keeps giving me an error message "(null)". Completely useless. I've even tried it from my laptop, triple checked my wifi (I'm watching Netflix as I'm typing this). This app is a POS.

Keep getting request failed on everything. Can't connect to treadmill. Can't see downloadable programs. Can't request password change. Can't submit feedback. Was working fine until this morning. I've deleted cache, storage, force stopped.the app, reinstalled it. Nothing is working. Paid extra for a treadmill with an app and it stopped working 2 weeks into using it.
