Ratings and reviews

We were trying to book flight ticket for 2 people and about to make a payment. Then we got a message that "flight charges are increased by 1250 Rs" in last minute. I stepped back from payment screen and retried again. Just within a minute, last minute price increased to 2200. Are you guys playing with your customers? In the website, they declare that "there will be upto 25% off if we book using app". But we don't even get 10%. After reading the reviews here, I have decided to stop using this app

I had a bad experience. I booked a train ticket with my 4-year-old child, but it wasn’t confirmed. I received coupons from IXIGO, but I couldn’t redeem them. while booking a flight ticket, It showed an error saying, “Oops! The number of passengers in alternate modes of transport must be equal to or less than that of the original train booking.” I am not getting any help from IXIGO Chat..

this app is waste of time and money. During one of my booking flight, there is a change in flight from the airlines in which the terminal is also change from T1 to T2 of mumbai. However, there was no update of such change in the app. unfortunately i missed my flight and on approached to customer care of this app, they responded rudely and said can't help my and directed to contact the airlines.
