I had a terrible experience with ixigo. I was expecting to receive a coupon for my flight booking, as per the guidelines, but the coupon was never provided on time. The link didn’t even open, and the timer started ticking, making it impossible to use. To make matters worse, flight fares are dynamic, and by the time I could book, the prices had increased. Since the delay was on ixigo's part, I expected the fare difference to be covered, but that never happened

I had booked my ticket through Ixigo for Akasa Air, but unfortunately, the flight was cancelled by the airline. Akasa Air refunded the full amount of ₹17,196, but Ixigo only transferred ₹16,241 to me. This means a shortfall of nearly ₹955, which is unfair as the cancellation was from the airline’s side, not mine. Ixigo should ensure 100% refund in such cases instead of keeping charges from customers.

very bad experience during cancellation. I booked onward and returned flights from ixigo(2 different airlines) as i am not feeling well. Ixigo wants us to talk with airlines directly for cancellation and rescheduling. After multiple discussions with different airlines some how I got the refund amount. But the ixigo team wants their charges even though they are not involved in discussion with airlines and Also they are not bothered for why they got the refund amount until we call and ask them.
