Ratings and reviews

The Free2move experience is a gift and a curse. Best is the availability and condition of the cars. Pricing not bad. They offer discounts. App can be annoying. Policies seem everchanging. Customer service by email is insane. They engage in your concerns like they're not even trying to understand you. If you've used multiple cards but only have 1 currently saved it doesn't matter they'll use another to pay charge without warning. If you really wanna go for a ride WATCH YOUR BANK TRANSACTIONS.

The old app was much better. The new one is ugly and clunkier to use. Then they changed from showing how much fuel is in the tank to estimated mileage, which is much less useful because it doesn't allow me to calculate how far I can drive under the conditions I am going to drive in. I do like the fact that this service has plenty of cars available in my neighborhood. The only problem is that some of these cars are low on fuel, and are usually full of dog hair.

Been here 2 years. I've been double charged twice. The most recent time caused my bank account to go into the negative and I was charged an overdraft fee. This company will not make this right by issuing credits. They've said it will take a month for me to get my $ ?!?! The end trip button is too close to the resume/Park button. If you intend to keep the car for a day and this happens, you have to book it again at full price. I'm really frustrated with this company and their practices.
