Terrible experience – do not use GetTransfer! My driver canceled less than 24 hours before my trip, and instead of solving the problem, GetTransfer tried to charge me an extra €154 for another car, even though I had booked and paid months in advance. No real solution was offered, customer support was unhelpful, and I was left stranded needing to travel between two countries to catch a flight. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund me properly and only offered app credit

I put that I wanted a ride the same day but they booked it for the following day I sat outside calling and waiting on the driver who never showed then I opened the app and noticed they put the wrong day. they didn't provide any service and they set the service for the future instead of the requested time and then refused any type of refund. Whatever you do don't use this app a traditional car service is cheaper and more reliable. now I have to dispute the charges through the credit card company.
