The people in the call centre (when you can get them) are great. Friendly and helpful. Thank gawd because this app was designed by someone who hates humans. It's truly truly dire. You will have to call up to get a human to explain how to actually sign up (I've been a member for over 15 years and I still couldn't work out the new "system" from the app instructions). So, not the app for someone in a hurry.

I was very sceptical after reading reviews from customers having difficulties with the service in general. But found myself in emergency situation and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly everything went smooth, no problems at all. Verification process was instant. After that I was able to use a cargo van straight away. Highly recommended

I had tried the app a few years ago and it wasn't great but I've used it lots recently and it's much better now - relatively easy to find and book large vans nearby. The things that can be very annoying are if the diesel is very low when you get the van and then having to drive out of your way to a particular fuel station only to discover it's actually closed. Or being instructed only to park in a specific place or risk a fine - when there's actually no reserved space in that location. etc
