Hard to say anything good. They took all the typical spreadsheet functionality out of the included spreadsheets. Load times seem to indicate downloading new versions of a form after every open/close action. Shop floor ease of use is derailed by slow loads and non-intuatuve menu systems. There is more, but this was enough.

Latest update is very laggy. Doesn't sync when needed. Now I can't even get logged into it to do my reports. It's just the blue screen of death. Fix, fix, fix, please. Update, still laggy and closes all the time. Now it won't let me add photos? Please for the love of God fix this? This has always been a issue with this for years now.

The app is ok. I used this app for 3 years. It takes a bit to build a form and sometimes the app hangs and freezes if your cell coverage is spotty. The worst is their customer service. I canceled the service for what I thought would be for a short time on September 17th. But, since my service renews on the 16th... Apparently, they will charge you for an additional month if you only give 29 days notice and not 30. What a bunch of greedy people. Too many other choices to have deal with that.
