Ratings and reviews

This new update is completely ridiculous. First of all there is a major bug issue, it continuously glitched and after all the efforts I gave to complete the course and the quiz even with complete marks then they ask for 199 for the certificate which they used to provide for free after completion few years ago. I'm completely pissed over this new update, and wished if it could be like the previous one again.

This has been one of the most disappointing learning apps and online training institutes I've encountered in the past three months. The app is riddled with issues related to assessments, certificates, referrals, and the "gift a course" feature. As for the online courses, they feel less like a true edtech offering and more like a marketing-driven operation. Instead of investing in quality trainers, the company seems to prioritize hiring call center employees who create more hassle for learners.

⚠️ Worst learning platform ever. I wasted hours completing a course, watched every video, passed the quiz ... and still didn’t get credit. Then they ask for money for the certificate they said was free. The app is buggy, slow, and a total scam. Don’t install. Don’t trust. Just avoid.
