Hey udemy! I found your app version really handy but there are some problems with the app that I feel can be improved. Firstly, when I download videos of a course to view them offline, their sequence order is getting mixed up sometimes. Secondly, whenever I want to navigate to a specific course section, I have up scroll all the way down to it. If there is a way to navigate to course sections faster it would be better for us!

I like the new UI added for the my courses section. But it makes doing some things much more harder, like browsing for lectures, in the courses has became very very hard just collapse all the sections of the course by default. And also allow us to view the page of the course as if we are going to buy it. Sometimes there's some information that I want to acces from that page and I can't just because I bought it

The playback is at the lowest resolution there is, it reminds me of the 2000'. the writing in the videos is barely visible. and the bigger problem for me personally is that I have been hoarding courses for the past year, so the refund period is over. for a paid service I couldn't get any help not even a contact us form. All I found are FAQs that did not solve my problem. I am tech savvy so I know my setup has no issues. I regret every dollar I spent on the 40+ courses that I purchased.
