they are making it difficult to cancel. I had one deal where I was told by the merchant I wasn't eligible due to the small print and another where I bought wrong number of people by mistake and each time had to wait for ages on a chat. in the first instance I got "Groupon bucks" in the second they sent me a link that required logging on to the website that didn't work. the whole support process is super convoluted, switching from the app to a website and back. not recommended.

I buy a ton from Groupon and more n more I've become disallusioned. They send me $10 off offers and NOT ONE TIME has it applied to anything I want... Also, use to be a nice company to do an exchange with, now they put you through it. I've lost at least $100.00 in the last year trying to get Groupon bucks. I've gone from spending 500 dollars plus each year to under 20 bucks!!! They lost a good customer with bad policies!!! And forget getting through to them to solve any issues, impossible!!!

Trying to search for things to do in an area that isn't a major city is difficult. It doesn't show just the local stuff. It'll add in dozens of other attractions from several hours away, making it difficult to look at just what's in the area. For example .... looking in flagstaff for grand canyon stuff pops up a freaking bowling alley in Mesa, AZ. Like come on. Deleting.
