It's not terrible but it's not great either. It functions as intended, but. It does badger you to promote which costs a mint (although its entirely optional) but the biggest problem. It's barren. NO ONE is using it, there's one ad in a hundred mile radius. Not one search result, there is a single advert in the radius that I didn't put there myself. And the audience is similarly scarce. A buying and selling app with no buyers or sellers, you got to increase the user base or it's simply unusable.

Getting fed up now of not being able to browse. Very often being shown "something went wrong, try again later" message. As I've seen other users reporting this and being told it's their network which I know for definite it is not my network. All other devices and apps are working fine so the problem must lie well within gumtree themselves. I like how gumtree works and the functions of the app when it's working but so many connection issues are becoming frustrating.

All this still stands. Notifications are either on or off, they have to be on for messages. I have offers off, but still I get Notifications to list, making me turn off Notifications missing messages. When editing an ad, if I turn my phone to take a picture, it asks if I want to edit a draft. The draft is the current ad I'm editing and it doesnt keep the information have changed. When submitting feedback via contact us I'm told to use Website! I'm beta surely beta have direct contact us?
