HDFC Bank offers an app based solution to its Corporate customers for a secured login on Enet - HDFC Bank's Internet Banking portal for Corporates. It Provides mobility to the customers and eliminates dependency on single system.

Although the intention of the app is good and work. It has one of the Worst UI and not at all User Friendly at all. It's screen timeout is very low as it closes and reset immediately once the screen goes dim or off. It makes things difficult to use. you shouldn't be trading off ease of use in the name of security! I would suggest you to see some good and established examples like other Authentication apps.

recommend the following updates in the app 1. Switching between apps (e.g., mobile banking) forces password entry again. Please maintain session for a few minutes. 2. Add fingerprint login support to avoid repeated password entry. 3. While approving multiple transactions in the banking app, waiting 30 seconds for each new OTP is inefficient. Please allow manual refresh or reuse of OTP for a short duration.

Very annoying app, why do we have to wait 30 seconds for an OTP ? Give us to option to manually refresh OTP before 30 seconds, when there are multiple payments to be authorised it is extremely irritating to keep waiting for OTP to change. Payment takes 4-5 seconds to make, 25 seconds waiting time for each payment is a waste of time. And the procedure to install on a new phone is also very cumbersome. Have to write an email, new link, new registration etc,
