I've been trying to log into my account. But it says my password is wrong. So I hit forgot password. Reset it using there suggested password, save and update it but it will not come up when I try to log in. This app needs a lot of work done to it. As it is right now it's not any good to anyone. And whoever set it up evidently doesn't know what they are doing.

The app worked the first few days. Now the logo comes up and just stays on screen, and then nothing else happens. Just the logo to look at? I'll try deleting and reinstalling the app.

does not show local recordings. at first showed only a black screen... then showed footage and I thought it was working, so i installed the camera. today, the next day, the camera does not show all recordings even though i have a 32 gb memory chip installed. software does not work.
