HIKMICRO Viewer is a powerful and intuitive HIKMICRO thermal camera app.
It allows thermographers to view and capture live streaming infrared video and still images from select HIKMICRO thermal imaging cameras using a mobile device.
With the HIKMICRO Viewer, the thermal imager can be placed in an area and operated wirelessly from a distance - helping infrared detection work safely in hard-to-reach locations and harsh work environments. Streaming video and remote access also provide opportunities for decision-makers and others on the team to observe and collaborate during IR surveys. With a powerful reports function, you can efficiently generate reports for your clients in the field.

I AM SO UPSET!!!!! I JUST updated the app and the thermal camera because in the app it said an upgrade was available. After the upgrade I have LESS FEATURES than I had before. Several viewing pallets that I once had access to ONLY through the app that are not available on the camera itself, are now gone!!!! I can no longer use the pallets: fusion 2, Rain, green hot, ice, ironbow2 and several versions of color palettes. This is infuriating!!!! 😡😡

The app barely functions. Photos can be saved just fine. Videos when saved don't work unfortunately. The thumbnail shows correctly, but upon opening the videos they just play static. This is when viewing in the app, or the device. Some of the "contact us" buttons don't actually do anything, or open a dead browser.

Pretty good. A lot of useful features compared to standalone thermal cameras, i had the CAT S60 and this is a worthy successor. A couple of bugs where the camera disconnects (still plugged in) and when adding measuring points. Some strange UI about where photos and video are saved. Be nice if the view finder was full screen. Needs a way to turn off auto calibration on start-up, calibrating at start is enough. Auto rotate doesn't always work, and split screen use with camera app is limited
