Update - Still have issues with logging in. Captcha doesn't work properly. Time spent on resetting and re-logging in has required exponentially more time than actually making a reservation. QC of app release needs to be revamped. Extremely disappointing that NO progress (actually got worse) has been made since my first review Constantly needs to reset login, biometrics and reset password.

Terrible app...is mgmt even taking note on the comments and feedback? Worst thing is the constant need to remember your log in name and password which constantly resets. I've enabled biometrics but am unable to use it to log in.

I can see the app builders clearly did not want to work and make a decent and useful app. In the process of signing up, I have tried to do the camera identification which is built in the most stupid way in the world, and it just keeps saying it has glare, shadow, some else stupid reasons, anyhow it doesn't allow me to go on the next fuxking step. I cannot believe that hkjc paid for this stupid guys for making this app. I will never ever use hkjc in my life, I'm not lying.
