About this app

HRV Monitor

reads data from a BLUETOOTH or ANT+ heartrate sensor for analyzing the heartrate variability. The app computes and displays most of the well-known statistical values used in HRV analysis. Furthermore a stress index is determined using the method of Baevsky.

Beginning with version 1.22 the app can be used with both BLUETOOTH and ANT+ heartrate monitors.

Simple, clean and accurate. I'm using with Polar H10 chest strap and it's on par with other HRV apps I've tried. Only reason for 4 stars is the previously mentioned lack of explanations for the data, and lack of response to my email. A simple FAQ or Wiki would be immensely helpful (especially if it had links to research), but in the meantime I'd really just like to know what stress index this uses. The number is fairly meaningless without understanding what it's measuring and what it means.

I like this app a lot. I'm using it with a Polar H10 chest strap and it works well. The app displays (in real time) the data in which I'm interested - in particular, RMSSD. Kudos to the developer and keep up the good work! For how long does the real-time stress value have to exceed the set limit before sounding the stress alarm? Thanks in advance. 1 Sept. 2022

Nice app, however my systemwide Android settings font size is "Large" and it causes this app to cut out half of all the data figures because there isn't enough room to show large fonts. Request the developer to include a font size option in the app settings so users can make everything fit. Thanks
