Major problems with this. The zoned locations are extremely tiny and you can easily be "out of zone" unless you're directly in the downtown hubs. Otherwise, you can't use the service. Also, you can't use "prepaid debit" cards and you can only use major credit cards to use. To HRT, if people had major credit cards, they likely wouldn't need public transit! Overall, a completely useless app in desperate need of improvements. Moto G Stylus 5G 2022.

Very DISSATISFIED VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THIS SERVICE SAYS Hampton Roads and. Virginia Beach, but when you go to pick anything in VA Beach it says, Out of Zone...called customer service and the lady says OH we dont service VB, I said the Bis Driver and Your site both say VB? She said well it must be Paratransit. I say No It says ON DeMand....so regardless, this service is listed incorrectly for my area. And I think that is a disservice to those who need it!

I wanted light rail and never found it! Spent a half hour trying. All it would allow me to do is put doorstep to doorstep info and give me info about being a driver. HRT was taken to the cleaners by this creators of this app.
