I cannot link my CGM because it does not support Freestyle Libre 3. I also cannot connect my Samsung watch due to the same lack of support. I am being made to use the app so that my insurance will pay for the Wegovy. I honestly don't mind the tracking, but I shouldn't have to change my equipment to do so. It is also not very user friendly. It feels like an app designed before smart phones even existed.

Terrible app designed to be difficult to use. You have to enter your PIN every time you not only open the app, but any time you switch back to it from another screen. The default serving size for every food is zero, so you have to manually tell it, for every entry, that you had a serving of the food that you're entering. Shows limited daily nutrition info. Many health trackers are way better than this one, except this one is required in order to access meds that my Dr already prescribed me.

I changed my review from 4 to 1 star. The app won't let me close the record weight option even after I entered the data 6 TIMES! It keeps looping back. When you/I press "close", it asks "are you sure you want to continue without saving?" Click YES!!!!!! It goes right back too, It's time to record your weight. And then when you try, it jumps right back to "it's time to record your weight". It won't allow you to input the information or save or close. App needs fixin. It's required by my insurance
