Accurate Heart Rate Measurement with Multiple Methods:
-Camera PPG Measurement:
Detects subtle pulse variations in your fingertip using the smartphone camera to obtain photoplethysmogram (PPG) signals for heart rate calculation. It also analyzes heart rate variability. During measurement, lightly press your fingertip on the camera lens and remain as still as possible. Once a heartbeat is detected, heart rate calculation is completed within seconds.

-BLE Heart Rate Sensor:
Supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate devices, such as fitness bands and heart rate chest straps, to accurately obtain RR interval data for HRV analysis. (Heart Rate Service UUID: 0x180D, requires RR-Interval data)

-Polar H10 ECG (Electrocardiogram):
Supports high-precision ECG signal acquisition, providing accurate HRV analysis and ECG interpretation.

- This program uses electrocardiogram-derived respiration (EDR) to detect respiration, and uses heart rate changes to derive the number of respirations. When the heart rate is unstable, the deviation of respiration values will be too large.

Fantastic. Shows live HR & RR waveforms plus graphs & HRV after. Love the straightforward data-first UI. Literally all the data, right there, plus export. I really like how it looks, it's easy on my eyes and I can easily/clearly read the data and graphs. Settings are very thoughtful. If flash is too hot, it can turn off. I have only used the phone camera sensor, it works well. I don't have a wearable device, so I don't know how that is. 1-time in-app to remove ads.

Great job on the update.!! I think you should be Commend on having created the best app on play store.I don't know if what I hope this something that people will use. But I personally want you to try it out and ,("please tell me" )I believe you are going to be very happy you did. It's educational in more than one area of your life. Thanks is not good enough.so I can only say I am searching for the best way to say it.

Fantastic app. I have checked it with my finger and Polar H10, both ways it gives the same results. If someone finds it really accurate results then must buy it.
