Ratings and reviews

Fine except for the occasional disconnects (more later) but the separation of the Netatmo apps from one into separate apps for each type of device is a backward step for me. It just means more taps on my mobile phone with no discernable benefit. The disconnects - usually reconnect within the hour. Could be better timed, could be an external cause. Dunno but very annoying on the once every few months that it doesn't reconnect itself.

Great app, which sends instant alerts from my Presence camera to my phone wherever I am in the world. You can choose between one or all of people, cars and animals & the software is very accurate. It's also useful to be able to set alert zones to prevent unwanted activations. It's just a shame you can't set the app to ignore recognised faces. The auto uploading of clips to Dropbox is free & again works great. Customer service was good when contacted too. EDIT - 4 years in and all still great!

If another user picks up the doorbell call after I have opened the app my phone (Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G) then thinks it's on a call until the phone is restarted. The phone's volume button then controls "in call volume" and I don't hear any notifications or alarms unless I put the phone up to my ear. I have missed important alarms because of this and it happens frequently, multiple times per week. I have to check and potentially restart my phone every time someone rings the doorbell.
