Purchased two security cameras that comes with a base station. I couldn't even add the base station in the app. Each time I tried to add it, it just says "adding time out." Reset and tried many times, but nothing fixes it and none of my other devices are having problems with my network so the problem is their shoddy products and app. Returning it for a refund.

Not user friendly at all!!! This afternoon my floodlight security camera app had a button to manually turn on the floodlight. Hubby was really enthusiastic about that button & tested it out a few times. This evening we go back into the floodlight camera and the button is gone again. No point in reaching out, because CS is non existent. They don't even respond to negative posts on the play store.

The app is no longer working I have 2 floodlight cameras and both of them a showing "no records found in SD card". while the time slider still works on one camera it impos6to retrieve any recordings on the other camera. Also it would be helpful to have an option to format the internal storage if corruption occurs.
