Could you guys please fix the American Express ad that asks to pick between 3 options concerning the show The Bear? It just goes to black screen and stays there. When I go back to start the show over, that same ad, with the same problem, keeps happening. It's been 2 days like this, and it's super annoying. Otherwise, the app is great. Thank you. **day three and still happening**

Every time they update their app, the user interface gets worse and more sluggish. I have been a subscriber for years but am at the end of my rope with the questionable descisions. They also got rid of options for subtitles. Use to be able to change size, text color, background opacity and other accessibility options. Now with the new update they are all gone and we are left with the default option.

For the love of everything good. Why do we have to "remove from warch history" to start a series over?! For starters, once you have watched the series, the remove from history option is gone. So then you have to go in and let a random episode play so that it will go back to having a watch history. Then, if you don't let it play long enough, it won't. No other streaming service has this issue! This isn't a good feature! Please fix it!!!!!
