SO MANY EMAILS There are no notification settings in the app and even in the emails, they hide the unsubscribe link in the middle of their legal text in the smallest font possible. I know I can refer a friend, I don't need to be reminded about it EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Even worse, those emails don't have an unsubscribe link, only their other marketing emails do. 10% of my inbox is ING spam.

I think ING is an ok bank it's at least better than the Aussie big banks , the call centre people are good they speak proper Aussie. what annoys me about this app is things you pay for are never in the order you payed for them on the app. they are all over the place . sometimes it's hard to work out if things add up. I want things in the order I pay for them with a running balance. not much to ask for.

The app refuses to open, saying my phone is rooted. the problem there is that my phone IS NOT ROOTED. Seems like a ridiculous reason to have to move my 3 accounts to another bank, but so be it. If I can't manage my finances simply because the app won't work, I'm out. called support and they give a BS response that the app no longer works on a Galaxy S22... less than 3 years old.
