The app accepts the login but doesn't accept any of the listed documents buttons to go to next step to scan and complete the activation process. It says 'try again' past three months. The bug hasn't been rectified after numerous reminders. How do expect do banking when I can't login in any way? And local branch also closed? This is appalling service and customer care. Not worth the single star with such attitude towards customers for months...

I hate being lied to. Something changed in the app around the time I upgraded to Android 16. I tried to find out if it was an issue with the ING app of Android 16. The chatbot Ida was no help, the live person tried her best but eventually told me to call the support number and ask for technical support. Calling the support line first gave me the impression it was a known issue with the app and would be solved in a next update. In continuing the call, it changed to it being an Android issue.

Worked fine for quite some time, but off late, the fingerprint option does not start automatically as it used to do as long as I remember. now you need to click on the fingerprint icon to start logging in with fingerprint. Has this been disabled? Any chance this might be activated again, since it's quite handy to show the fingerprint option right away when starting the App.

Goedemiddag Berry. Heb even gehoord en dit probleem schijnt enkel bij Samsung toestellen zo te zijn. Bij update nummer 15 moet dit weer zijn opgelost. En anders even contacten via: https://www.ing.nl/particulier/klantenservice/telefoonnummers. ^Jeroen
