About this app

With the IONOS Mobile App, you will always have an overview of the success of your website and can access your IONOS products at any time while on the move.

The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

• Use and manage your IONOS products on the go
• Register new domains and manage your existing domains
• Edit your MyWebsite directly in the app
• Check the success of your website with IONOS WebAnalytics (if available in your contract)
• Keep track of your invoices
• Check and update your customer data
• Protect your IONOS account with 2-Step Verification
• Answer all your questions in the extensive IONOS Help Centre.

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips & tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page you can log in directly to IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

In the Invoice Overview you can view your invoices and save them directly on your device, send them by e-mail or print them out.

Wherever you are, your website editor is always with you and ready to go. Take a picture with your smartphone, upload it to your website, enter the relevant text, and publish it. It's never been easier.

REGISTER & MANAGE YOUR DOMAINS

Do you have an idea for a new project and want to secure your domain? Use the IONOS Domain Check to check the availability of your desired domain name. If you have already registered your domain, you can manage it by logging in to IONOS.

MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

I've been a customer of ionos since it was 1and 1. For well over 20 years. They started out great, then the longer I stayed a customer the worse they treated me. Ever since they were bought out or merged their service began to tank. With this app you can't update your card information. This app seems to work on occasion. I have caught them double billing me in the past but that was resolved. If you do go with them check your invoices and make sure they haven't added on something you don't want.

It's functional. I guess. My greatest issue is having to log in every time. Saving your info doesn't save you any time either. If I click to view my mail, if it takes me to a separate site (just opena separate tab) I I now have to re log in to view my mail, again. It's painfully frustrating when you have to sign multiple documents. I'm sure the website is better. But I'm not talking about the site. I'm talking about It's mobile app. Terrible.

I have been using this app for a couple weeks now. I was very frustrated with it for awhile at first.. I got lost very easily when you're at your dashboard it gives you the options to pick one of your things that you think are going to build your website but it's not going to build your website more packages that they have for sell. Before I knew it had five or six contracts I didn't want but I figured it out and got a hold of customer service and they cleared everything up for me so it's great.
