About this app

With the IONOS Mobile App, you always have an eye on the success of your website and can access your IONOS products at any time from anywhere.

The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

• Use and manage your IONOS products from your mobile device
• Register new domains and manage your existing domains
• Edit your MyWebsite directly in the app
• Check the performance of your website with IONOS WebAnalytics (if available in your contract)
• Keep track of your invoices
• Check and update your user settings
• Protect your IONOS account with 2-Step Verification
• Answer all of your questions in the extensive IONOS Help Center.

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips and tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page, you can log in directly to my IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

REGISTERING & ADMINISTRATING DOMAINS

You have an idea for a new project and want to secure your domain? Use the IONOS Domain Checker to check the availability of your desired domain name. If you have already registered your desired domain, you can manage it right after logging in at IONOS.

MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

Ratings and reviews

This is the definition of bait and switch. I've never seen a more greedy, unethical, unresponsive and straight up untruthful company. If you purchase one thing they tack on $68 of something you never ordered. I've spoken with them twice 3 times by chat over the period of a month and not only did they lie about canceling things you never ordered, they have not refunded any of the 7 things I didn’t order and get this. I got ANOTHER invoice for something supposedly canceled. Stay the hell away!

The app seems great at first, but then it starts lagging. Also don't fall for the free promotional BS. They are trying to charge me 54 dollars for services I already had previously canceled. They also send you emails that seem like "business opportunities" relating to your domains, but it's just them trying to sell more of the BS. I bought my domains because that's what I needed. Now they are telling me I have to pay my balance to even be able to cancel. Customer Service please fix this 🙏

I've been a customer of ionos since it was 1and 1. For well over 20 years. They started out great, then the longer I stayed a customer the worse they treated me. Ever since they were bought out or merged their service began to tank. With this app you can't update your card information. This app seems to work on occasion. I have caught them double billing me in the past but that was resolved. If you do go with them check your invoices and make sure they haven't added on something you don't want.

This update contains minor improvements and bug fixes. Your IONOS team
