everytime you have to pop off the App or close your phone it closes everything! you then when you find it...half the time it will take you to a few episodes before and it makes you watch a full two minutes of adverts again, even if you just watched full ads. if it's the wrong episode and you have to skip then you have to watch another full service of adverts, see if it's the right one you just closed and if not brace yourself for another full set!! I've had 12 minutes of ads for a 25min show

Can I give 0 stars? TOTALLY unwatchable. Was fine until about 2 weeks ago, now constantly buffers. I've paid for premium, but get a short promo ad before show starts. Amazingly, these always play perfectly, so it's not my Internet. But for the show you get 1 frame, maybe a second of audio and then an endless buffering loop (on Firestick). Clearing cache, forcing stop, reinstalling - all make no difference. Avoid - which is a shame as they have some great shows. DO BETTER, IT'S 2025, NOT 1995!

Netflix, 5s Disney, 11s Iplayer, 12s 4, 1 ad, 1 min 24s Itv x, 4 adverts and 1min 47 seconds later. I usually watch one of my favourite shows on my short lunch break. Taking up to 2 mins before my show has even loaded I've usually finished my sarnie by the time it comes on. I know it's the ad supported version but its still poor.
