App has always been buggy for me, customer service is an infinite loop of nothingness. i have been submitting a ticket for a missing bonus credit for almost 2 months and i just get the auto message. when I respond after days, they just tell me i have to log in and submit a ticket (which is exactly how i got to their message in the first place). i have tried several times, with no success. Time to move on, possibly.

I used to live this app and recommend it all the time. less and less features are working for me. no more in-app emails. games do not always give you earned money, and I'm not technically inclined, so I've wasted time. finishing a survey, any survey, it boots or freezes at the end. I really like the quick play games, and today 10/1 they won't open. if it isn't resolved by Friday, I think I have to just delete the app. It'll suck because I used to love it, but the frustration isn't worth it.

I'm done. This whole process is terrible. Majority of the surveys I take end up crashing before I finish them. I'm not getting proper credit for games I am playing, and one game completely disappeared from my arcade, right around the time I achieved a high paying goal. Customer service was less than helpful. I'm depleting my account promptly.
