sometimes this app goes out of service and literally doesn't even lt you in. This is a huge inconvenience because you literally don't have a way to pay and you're literally in line or at the restaurant but can't pay.

This App has a permission that gives it access to the phone (read phone status and identity) If you deny access, the app stops working (you can no longer log in) It is not clear to me why an internet banking app needs phone access of my cell phone, I don't think it's relevant to see incoming or outgoing calls, and if it were a number validation, there are more transparent and secure ways to doit. All the apps that I have, including other banks, this is the only one that asks for this permission. If in the end it is a need or a limitation (not being able to make a more optimal process) you should be able to activate it only when using the app and not all time. In the end, if you don't give access permission, the app doesn't work...

Interbank is always renovating his app, in this sense I have to say that they're doing a great job and I like it and enjoy it every update. They're really doing well. Congratulations.
